"The great part is the location very convenient few minutes walk to MRT Hua Qiang Lu and shopping mall. And the price is affordable and consider cheap. I stay in level 5 corner unit, from window can see the main shopping mall  but a bit noisy from the car sound even if I closed the window. The roof top having 2 whaling machines for clothing . But I only found it on my last day. I stayed 3 nights in Maker Hotel."

"Definitely the best hotel on our trip in China, has 4-star facilities. The hotel looks new, the room was spacious, beds really comfortable. We also really like the Dongmen area, it is really vibrant, Luohu port for HK is only 2 metro stops away."

It's also surrounded by metro and bus stations, offering excellent transportation links in all directions. The hotel staff are very friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The free parking is a huge plus. And the restaurant downstairs serves delicious food!"

"Overall, it was pretty good! The front desk service was excellent; they fulfilled requests for extra bottled water and shower caps, which was great. ❤️ The only minor issue was that the voice-controlled smart assistant in the room wasn't very responsive. For example, when trying to adjust the AC temperature, it was quite sluggish and often needed several repeated commands to register. Ha ha ha ha. Everything else was fine though!"

The overall living experience exceeded my expectations. The new and well-equipped facilities, coupled with the spacious and open views, made my short stay very comfortable. The only minor drawback was the absence of bath towels in the bathroom, but this doesn't stop it from being a highly recommended accommodation option in the area. 1. Facilities and Amenities: 9.2/10 The apartment's hardware is its biggest highlight, perfectly meeting the need for a 'ready-to-move-in' convenience. Appliances like the air conditioner, washing machine, and refrigerator are all newer models. The air conditioner cools quickly and operates quietly, so noise wasn't an issue at night. The washing machine has a drying function, which means clothes washed during the rainy season can be dry in half a day, saving the hassle of hanging them to dry. The furniture also shows no obvious signs of wear; the desk is spacious, and the sofa is soft, making it comfortable for both work and relaxation. Especially noteworthy is the bathroom's wet/dry separation design, complete with an anti-slip mat in the shower area and a mirrored storage cabinet above the vanity, keeping it tidy and uncluttered and greatly enhancing the living experience. 2. View and Lighting: 9.0/10 The room's view and natural lighting far exceeded expectations. The south-facing window has no tall buildings blocking it, so during the day, opening the window reveals the bustling streetscape of the Huaqiangbei area. Sunlight floods the room, making it exceptionally bright even without turning on the lights, and giving the interior a wonderfully airy feel. In the evening, the lights of distant buildings gradually come on, offering a sense of urban life without the disturbance of traffic noise from below. Relaxing by the window after a day's work was incredibly pleasant. 3. Detail Services: 7.0/10 The convenient location goes without saying; it's within a 10-minute walk to Huaqiangbei subway station and the electronics market. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and breakfast shops, making daily errands and commuting very hassle-free. However, the only downside is the lack of bath towels in the bathroom. I had to use my own small towel as a temporary solution, which might be inconvenient for travelers who forgot their towels or seek ultimate convenience. If basic toiletries like bath towels could be provided in the future, the attention to detail would be even better. Overall Review All in all, Fengyu Apartment, with its excellent facilities, open views, and convenient location, is very suitable for those visiting Huaqiangbei for business trips or extended stays. If you don't mind bringing your own bath towel, this is a premium choice that balances comfort and convenience, and its 8.5 rating is well-deserved."

"The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent and well-equipped, and the environment is pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. It's close to the pedestrian street, which makes shopping convenient. You can easily reach the hotel directly from Laojie Subway Station Exit F or Shaibu Subway Station Exit D3, which is super convenient and fast! 🥰 I'll definitely come back again and will recommend it to my friends."

"Room is big and spacious The toilet and shower in our rooms are separate. The sink is outside, so anyone can use at anytime. Location is good! There is a train station right outside, there are also many restaurants outside, and a small food street right across. The nightlife is very lively. Hotel service and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were given late check out (til 2pm) for free."

I cannot praise the hotel staff enough for their dedication to the customer. Polite, friendly, genuine warmth and professionalism from all the staff I had the pleasure to interact with. From the cleaners to the front desk, all displayed the care that went into the training and choosing of these wonderful people for their roles at the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel in which I can call faultless, until I stayed here. Decor was subtle but surprising in its quality. Cleanliness is my bugbear and I couldn't fault it here. Facilities are extraordinary. Food is 10 Star in variety, presentation and quality. Such a broad choice too. salted eggs to toast and everything in between, Fruits were fresh, coffee, cakes, congee, cereal. even noodles, amazing choices and all delicious, Chef made every effort and the staff were diligent in their work. Laundry equipment, top notch, WiFi connection so you can be notified when your washing is finished, usage free, and the hotel has provided all you need. Steamers were very handy. Gym in the same room as the laundry, so You can get a few reps in and some kilometres under your feet while waiting for the laundry cycle to complete. The room (1319) was spotless, not a hint of cigarette smoke. Furniture in brand new condition. Beds faultless. Toilet and shower also spotless. No mould or hair anywhere. My Wife 😍 the hotel. The skyline from the roof, awesome, the Tea bar is something You must experience. All the photos etc. are genuine and untouched. Front desk staff are genuinely warm and friendly. A Hotel which deserves awards for it's exceptional approach to every detail you can think of and beyond. I'm being honest here. I want to be able to take the hotel with me for every place I visit. "Absolutely fell in love with this apartment! The cleanliness is incredibly reliable; housekeeping meticulously cleans every day, bed linens are changed promptly, and there's no water residue or strange odors in the bathroom. The facilities are super convenient; Wi-Fi is stable and fast, there's a large capacity refrigerator for my late-night work meals, and a microwave and kettle are always available. I could even borrow a power strip. The environment is quiet and peaceful; the room has excellent soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed even when working late into the night. The window offers an expansive view, allowing me to relax my eyes when I'm tired, and good ventilation helps alleviate work fatigue. The front desk service is incredibly warm; knowing I was working late, they specifically asked housekeeping to clean later in the morning, helped me collect food deliveries and packages, provided complimentary tea bags, and even printed some documents I needed for work. They made working late feel a lot less grueling."
